Update 5th January 2011 - CashTexts New Pay Plan!

All calculation in my previous postings are null and void. CashTexts has come up with a new payplan as per the latest update in the members' area.

Update for 01/05/2011 (11:15 AM EST)

Cast Texts is excited to announce an amazing enhancement to our compensation plan. To help our field leaders make even more money we are changing the generational overrides for receiving texts message from the beta compensation plan of 5 cents-4 cents-3 cents-2 cents-1 cent to a flat 3 cents-per-text through the 5 levels (3-3-3-3-3)!

This change is now reflected in our updated YouTube video as well as in other places throughout the site.

You will still receive $.05 for each text you receive personally, but this new plan will pay you more money, as you will end up with more people at your 4th and 5th levels than you will at your 1st and 2nd due to the geometric growth that can take place in your team. For example moving the $.05 per text on 10 friends on the 1st level or the $.04 on 50 at the 2nd level will now give you those same dollars back at the 4th and 5th levels, but now it could be on hundreds or most likely thousands of people as your team grows. This means way more potential money to you!

It also makes the Cash Texts compensation plan much easier to explain. Instead of having to explain how much you make at the different levels, you can simply state that anyone who gets referred through 5 levels you make $.03 for each text received.

Another great benefit of this change is it that it allows your leaders to be "generationally blind," meaning they will work and spend time with any leader in their 5 levels since they make the same money from everyone! This will also dramatically help the growth of your team as we move forward.

We are using the same concept with your advertising sales from you and your team. You make 10% for the lifetime of an advertisers campaign for each one you bring to the table, but now you will also make 0.5% for each advertising sale made throughout your 5 level membership base! This will also help your teams advertising sales skyrocket, as everyone can now benefit.

With only a few days to go until the text messages start flowing be sure and get the word out regarding these exciting new enhancements!

P.S. Commissions already earned will be paid according to the old pay plan, but after the 15th of Jan 2012, we will be implementing the '3 cents across 5 levels' simplified and improved pay plan.
